I was ready to drop off trailer at 4 PM the 31st. I tried the 800 # and no answer after 20 min. Drove to the drop-off site to find the person who handles the U-Haul matters had left for the day. Went to a second site and they had too many trailers and could not find space for mine. They at least found a site (Ron's Mini Storage) south of town that could accept it but they were closing for the day. So, I drove there, disconnected the trailer and left my paperwork in drop box. They had checked it in when I called, about 9:30 AM. If there was any site specifics (hours of operation/capacity etc.) that information should have been given to me. I understand not all sites are U-Haul main line business but after a 10 hour drive and going all over Grand Rapids, MN to drop the rental, I am hesitant to do my final move with U-Haul. Regards, Bob

Use the nearest u-haul location. The drop off location was much further away than we would have liked, and there was another u-haul place much closer.

When returning the uhaul there was a mixup on the time if return according to email. The man told us we were to be there at 11 Friday the email said 5 sat. It was 4:30 on Friday and we kept them late.

The same experience at drop off. Agent meet us outside, a few questions and a little paperwork and we were on our way! Couldn't have been easier. Thank you

Your website switched where I planned on picking up, they had to jump start the truck and the truck itself seemed like it was on its last leg, the brakes definitely need work, but it made it the 150 miles I needed it to. I was also charged 70$ more than what the website stated.
