Horrible experience returning the 6X12 Trailer after hours! Storeit at Groves told us to call U-Haul when we arrive at locked gate. We were told U-Haul would give us the pass code to enter. WRONG! We called and waited 17min then the man said he didn't know what i was talking about & put me back on hold another 22 min. A random customer of the storage units came through gate, so we followed....My husband called and his phone stayed on hold 32minutes(we had both of our phones calling & on hold) The U Haul person finally answered and said we need the App the return it .He Never Gave us a gate pass code and said he didn't know anything about it. Experience was horrible,frustrating,inexcusable ! thank goodness a random person came through the gate! By the way, the next morning the Storeit assistant manager said it wasn't their fault & it was responsibility of U-Haul to get us inside gate.Todd M.

The trailer actually had an issue with the loading door despite being told that it was fine at the time of pickup. I had to have a maintenance/repair call done that evening which dramatically delayed my load time. Perhaps giving the customer an opportunity to have the equipment checked or exchange it, even if it causes more work for the employee would be a better option.John B.

Customer service as well as the man working here told us we could drop off uhual box truck at ANY location, he also told us we would have enough mileage for two full trips(but we were charged $160 for additional mileage) We returned truck Sunday, September 20th, but were billed THREE DAYS late fees ($120) indicating the truck wasn't returned until the 23rd. This has been an unacceptable and ridiculous experience with uhaul and their customer service with their surprise charges. So they billed my account $254 without notice AND are now attempting to bill me for an additional $84! Unbelievable.Cinnamon C.
