The truck was completely infested with German roaches! Set my drink in the cup holder and minutes later hundreds of roaches. Cargo box too. Awful.

Folks where very friendly, I think they are fine for what they do. They attached the trailer, lights were checked, Asked me if I had any questions, very professional.

I had an excellent experience with this location. I had a very stressful move with numerous issues, but this location was very helpful and accommodating.

The service was amazing and the truck was brand new so that made the move so much smoother. Usually I get some raggedy truck that's hard to drive and bad on gas. This was an easy move because the equipment, including the 2 dolly's, were all well maintained.

I dropped the trailer to this location at the request of Uhaul with the understanding I would receive a $320 credit vs dropping it off in St Augustine FL. Now you are fighting with American Express foolishly because you will not give the credit?

The location was unkempt and dirty, which was a bit unsettling compared to most U Haul locations I've been to -- which are often spotless and well-stocked with supplies. Despite this, I got a new truck, which drove great and was a solid vehicle. Downside was that it was very large and higher-priced than I needed. Didn't get a lot of help or information on how to get a smaller truck (I wasn't even told if one was available or not; I kind of got the feeling that I was being pressed into driving the bigger vehicle because it was more expensive). Overall I would use again if I had to, but I'd be a lot more forceful about getting the vehicle I actually wanted and needed, since the service providers themselves didn't seem too interested in getting me the precise experience I wanted.
