I reserved subject equipment on-line. I rejected the Safe Tow insurance. Somehow, the insurance was added to my contract by someone other than myself. Please refund to my credit card the amount drafted for the insurance. The 6'x12' cargo trailer, which is heavy to lift onto towing vehicle, had to be lifted by me. Now I have back pain. Do you expect women and the elderly, to manage this specific equipment?
Herbert W.I was charged for a extra two days even though I dropped it off a day early and had proof. There is no signs on where the location is and very hard to find. If it wasn't for other uhaul equipment their I would of never found it
DALTON W.The location is doing business under a different name I was spinning around for 30 minutes to find out where is the place located specifically when there is no U-Haul trucks or a trailer in this parking lot I contact the guy twice until he showed up at a different parking lot where was the trailers it was just a horrible experience
