This location is not safe. There was not a uhaul representative there. There was no communication ahead of time how to get ahold of said uhaul representative. There were legit drug deals going on while we are trying to communicate with the gas station attendant. We had reserved a dolly, furniture pads and a 15’ and the representative told me “it’s been a busy day so we don’t have a dolly and I don’t know if I have furniture pads”. A really horrible experience at this location.

Explain pick up process, I had to speak to a gas station attendant who didnt know the process and he called someone who works for uhaul on his cell phone and I had to speak with this uhaul employee while he checked me in after I had already done the online check in moments earlier.

I had to call and verify everything over the phone because the onsite rep wasn't trained to help me. The , the GM told me that I would get a $50 charge, including the mileage charge, for leaving my vehicle at the location that I had a storage unit at, which was fine until I got charged $165. After getting the run around by the other store and corporate, I have yet to get a phone call from him to refund me.
