The back of the uhaul was dirty, and had items and trash in it. And it took over an hour for my online rentall information to go through

They need more than one person working if they are going to sell furniture AND rent Uhauls. Disconnected the trailer myself and was told I was forgotten about 15 minutes later.

She went above and beyond to make the experience stress-free, and her warm personality made a big difference on a busy moving day. We also had to swing back to pick up an extra dolly, and another gentleman there (wish I got his name!) was just as helpful and kind.
