I reserved my truck and selected to return it to my destination town. U-Haul changed my reservation, but only notified me of the lack of utility dolly’s that I had reserved (we had to hand carry every single item), did not tell me I couldn’t drop off in the town I had requested. Now they’ve charged me $248 foe the wrong drop off location and are unwilling to resolve the issue. Worst U-Haul experience of my life.
