Blankets and dolly weren’t in the truck but was charged for them. Took 4 interactions to get a refund. Online truck pick up was intensive and included verification process that was infuriating. Needs improvement. The system sent a text to two individuals stating that they would receive a call. No calls came in. The phone support number had a recording that referred you to the app text/chat support. The text/chat support never responded on the uhaul app.

Was a online drop off - business hours closed convenient location

Henry NHad to hook up and unhook the trailer since no one was at the location. Reservation for pickup was for 8:00 and upon arrival no one was present so I checked the online reservation and it had been moved to 8:30. Waited until 8:30 and still no one was on-site and upon calling the 800 number was told the owner was on the way. Received a call from the owner with the unit number and had to connect up the trailer myself. This delayed my day by 1 hour. Return was the same way with no one present and the U-haul application was not letting me check the unit back in so I had to call the 800 number. Only good thing on my experience was a $50.00 credit for delayed pick-up.

The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very professional — they walked me through all the details of the vehicle before I left, making sure I was completely comfortable with how everything worked. The truck was clean, well-maintained, and ready on time, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. From pickup to drop-off, everything went exactly as expected. I truly appreciate their great customer service and would definitely rent from this location again. Very helpful
