CHRISTOPHER FIn all of the St. Paul, MN. metropolitan area I could not find a franchise that would rent me a "one-way" trailer? I had to drive 50 miles to a little town in Wisconsin to rent a car hauler and during a holiday weekend she was only open for one hour? This was not stated on their website plus online was the only means by which the transaction could be made and I arrived one hour late. After a 2.5 hour drive plus having to go out of my way to collect this trailer I was angry enough to take the trailer whether anyone was there to greet me or not. I knew the trailer # would pop up once I dropped it in La Crosse, WI. and that part went smooth and I would recommend them.

Bryanna CWhat was not good and why I would not recommend this service is that they charged me $13 for gas and I think it was not fair and they also charged me for 10 miles and my trip was less, I ended up paying almost $80 for less than an hour of use.
