I don't think there is anything you can improve on the person that helped me was very nice feel thay provided me with all information and if I ever need another u-haul again Mike's cycle shop is where I will go thank you all for being so friendly and nice and very helpful

JAMES FEverything was great.
Wilma LI was in the process of returning my U-Haul and the app just crashed before I was finished. When I opened the app again to continue my return, it told me the return was already completed. I better not get charged another fee for an incomplete review. Otherwise, I had a good experience with U-Haul.
