Worst experience ever
ABHIRAJ KThe person at the location was not present at the store opening hours. I had to call to find out what's going on, he did not answer the call but replied quickly that he is on the way and will reach soon. The person attended swiftly after coming. I had called the location earlier and they do not have in-person or on-call booking facility like some others have. Bookings need to be done with U-haul directly. The vehicle however ready, was not clean in the drivers cabin specifically. It seemed to be not maintained since a couple of weeks or may be months. The cargo area although not clean was usable. While returning the vehicle next day the gate was closed. Rang him and he answered fairly quickly and gave me lock pin to unlock and park vehicle, offcourse I had to open the sliding large gate and also close it for him, not something I as a customer need to do. Overall, apart from this I was able to get my work done since the location is open upto 9 PM.
Tony KAC didnt work in the car while we were driving for over 2 hour stuck in traffic in a hot sunny day. The possibly worst experience ever after moving so much (the whole point of these trucks), but cant even cool off in an AC'd car. I feel extremely bad for the friends that came with me in the truck to help me move as they had to bear through the terrible experience too.
