The UHaul software system seemed to have difficulties with whether or not my vehicle that is rated for a 5000 Lb tow capacity with a receiving trailer hitch (2 inch ball) (not sure if I'm using the correct terminology) was capable of towing a cargo trailer. The software stopped the process from being finalized. Eventually, work arounds by the staff and the regional manager overcame this. Please note: in my opinion this was an issue with the UHaul booking system, i.e. a software glitch; the staff at the location were superb and in my view showed excellent customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again.

You can: 1) Either clean off the truck before I pick it up or at least provide a snow brush in the vehicle 2) Fix your insanely badly programmed website 3) Ensure the gas level is on Full before a customer picks up a vehicle so that they don’t have to perform complex algebra in order to make sure the vehicle is exactly 8.23/10 full when they return it 4) Get a back door lock on the vehicle that actually works 5) Fix your insanely badly programmed website (yes it is THAT bad and needs repeating)

Larg, stiff key chain tag kept jamming my right leg interfering with safe operation of the gas and brake pedals. A softer and/or smaller tag would prevent this from happening.

Was charged $150 because truck was not brought back to Gifford’s where truck was originally picked up. Truck was not big enough for 1 bedroom, had to make 2 trips. Only 2 seats in cab so I could not travel in truck & had to pay another $100 for my own transportation from Perth to Prescott.

We weren't clear on the procedure when returning the truck of the steps required using the online cell app until we had to do it. The app wouldn't pick up our location at the depot even though 'find your location' was turned on. A bit of a glitch. Luckily this depot was was made aware of the early return and all was fine. I would recommend this depot to anyone.

Somewhat confusing between Cad and US rates. (Miles instead of Kms, rate on website is US $ but paid cad)

No issues at all with the staff at this office. The one thing I would note is the absence of jacks on the trailer tongue. It was very heavy to hook up initially. It took myself and the agent to lift it. Then I had occasion to unhook the trailer to allow use of the vehicle while loading. Fortunately, I had put a log under the tongue to keep it off the ground but still had to use a hydraulic jack to raise it slightly to meet the hitch. A tongue jack would be much more convenient.
