Slim choices in Steamboat. Uhaul business seems to be a side business to what normally transpires at this location. Last year I had to drive over 80 miles to pick up a trailer because they had failed to reserve one for me.

Sasak was excellent. The problem was with the reservation system and service that booked a 17' truck for me that wasn't available. We were provided 3 choices; drive 1.5 hours out of our way, cancel the reservation or take a 27' truck at a later time. Option 1 and 2 weren't really options so I had to pay an additional $150 for the movers I had planned to be there for the first truck to wait until I could get the next truck. Your service centers were great. Your reservation service - not so much.
