Dropped in to set up Mobile Pickup on a Tuesday, even preregistered to save time, but the morning I went to get my rental couldn't get the code to unlock the lockbox. Had to call, explain and reexplain my situation to 3 people, reregister, and finally got on the road an hour after I needed to. Why can't a customer who comes in person set everything up on that visit?Derek B.
I needed to extend my rental period to complete the move; but uHaul system would not allow me due to a scheduled booking immediately after my return deadline. I called the store, but after hours there was no answer. I called UHaul customer service they said the system showed all trucks booked. I was informed that the penalty for late return would be another full day charge AND the full rental cost of the person waiting with their reservation. I was patched to traffic control to see what might be done, but due to the long weekend, there was no answer and went to a voice message saying â€œwe are closedâ€ So mid move, I dropped everything, left my friends with my contents, returned the truck to find out that there were MANY trucks available!!!? The shop did not open until 10:00, I had to return the truck at 11:00. The trip took about an hour. I left a message on the shop phone at 8:00 am; but they obviously did not check it, so I returned the truck and took an UBER back to continue the move. Very dissatisfied with this outcome. Your booking system clearly has flaws.Bryan F.
The van I rented was not in good condition. There was a crack in the windshield, the door handle was missing, there were multiple warning lights on during operation, and one of the panel pieces was missing above the doors. Even though I documented all of this damage and emailed pictures, I was charged $150 for damage AND $25 for cleaning. I also purchased insurance and was still charged for damage I didn't cause. When asked for a refund, I was told the $150 would be reversed (a money grab they hoped I wouldn't challenge) but refused the cleaning fee. Will not rent from this location again. Very disappointing experience. The owners should be questioned for their behaviour.JAMIE C.

Inside the store looked like it hadnt been updated since 1969. The truck also looked like it hadnt been cleaned AT ALL.. for years probably. I felt dirty even touching the steering wheel. Would not go back to this location.Shadi M.

it's the first time I've used the Online reservation and self service pick up, nothing warned me that I needed a second contact to mention in order to call him before the pickup. I went there a Sunday morning 6:00 am, I struggled to give a second contact name and wasn't sure my contact would answer because it was a Sunday morning 6:00 am. So please for next time, could you please explain to a new user like me the rules and what to expect before they make a reservation.Mahrez D.

Charged extra $65 for gas. I only used 13.8 miles and I filled up gas before returning it. When I called they said I took it 1/4 tank and returned it 1/8 tank. I told them that I took it at 1/8 and return it 1/8. They said this is not their fault as I should have told them before I left. The problem no one mentioned about the 1/4 tank and I received no contract from them although they said they will email it to me so I'm not sure how I'm going to read their mind. After long argument, they said they will look into my request and get the owner to re-imburse me the money, but sounded like a maybe. I called head office to complain and waiting for an update. Horrible service, unprofessional team running this place and I will never use this fraud location.el-hamawi M.

I got charged an extra day but returned the truck the same day, and i got charged for extra mileage, but only used 40 of the 48 allowed with the price. And i got other charges i don't understand. Contacted uhaul and filed a complaint but still nothing back from them. Super annoyedMicaella R.

You should make it more apparent that the pass code only appears 30 Mins before your reservation. I kept thinking there was a glitch I. The app. Also, please warn us about the passport photo and thr contact numbers require right before receiving the vehicle. If you did, it was not made apparent to me. Thank youWilliam W.
While the link to return the truck seemed like it was going to be an easy experience I found a few issues. Firstly, it was saying it couldn't access my location even though my location was turned on and I was granting access. Secondly, it wasn't properly uploading photos, which would stall me as I was unable to move forward with the check-out process. I ended up having to call customer service, it took approx. 30 minutes to return the truck and was very frustrating. I'd also like to note that I am 25, so it's not like I was struggling with the technology, but I know this would not have been okay if someone like my parents were trying to check-out. Otherwise, the truck, location, and employees were great!Cherise C.
I made the rent with Furniture Pads and Utility Dolly and was not in the truck I gave a call at the same time for the U-haul, not can be done, had to go without the equipaments. Since my rental was for 9 am and the office just open 10 am I had to do my moving without the pads and Dolly what was very hard. I just received a receipt that have this items I hope gets removed before charge me. The Truck was not very clean and was parking in a spot very near to other trucks almost impossible to remove from the place. Had to have help from other people to be able to leave the place.RAFAEL B.

There were cigarette ashes, food crumbs all over the seats and cup holders. - large gouge on the side wall of the tire - reading on our receipt showed an incorrect amount of gas to get corrected - also, this pick up location was provided to us only after going to another assigned location that was closed. Even after I had called to confirm. Terrible experience! Our move started 1.5 hours late as a result of that incompetence.Laura B.
One of the item was missing and I had make arrangements for the same at last minute. It happened to me 10 days before as well at a different location. U-Haul or the agency needs to update the customer that they don't have the equipment that is confirmed in the order.Sanjo K.

It would be helpful to know where the return key box is and for the return process to be explained at pickup. It took me almost an 30 minutes to figure it out because the store closed early that day so there was no one to ask when I returned the vehicle and the return key box is not obvious. Additional lighting in the parking lot would make the area feel safer for after hour returns.Nathania D.
Everything was well and in order for our move, we were very happy with the service. However, just one suggestion for the key drop off, the code we were given didn't seem to work and we noticed that the previous people also just left the key on the tiny hole.
