Fridge dolly could use a design change. The metal stop for the holding belt kept popping off because it was to low. Something higher to hold the handle needs to be added, because when it popped off it was very dangerous.NICHOLASM N.

Asked for a 10 foot box and ended up with a 15 foot box. The bigger truck meant that I used more gas (lots more - and had tow off). While I understand it is very difficult to guarantee what a customer orders, I suggest that a gas rebate - discount be offered if a person does not get what they ordered. This would ensure that they don't overpay.STEPHEND D.

People were great at Mary place location, very nice. My problem i had was with the trailer itself. The running and brake light wires in the trailer neck were corroded and worn through. I lost a day with the trailer trying to figure out where it was bad and rewire it.Ryan W.
When the truck was returned Gary checked it back in and e-mailed the receipt to me. The only problem is that the receipt shows up crossway and when I tried to print it only half of the receipt was visible.
