Retire trucks when they become uncomfortable to drive. Shake Rattle & Roll is the way I would describe my trip.

This was the 3rd rental business I contacted about renting a utility trailer and they were the most professional. Good rate and excellent service from Ashley!

All is OK

Phone was not answered when I called. Drop off instructions could have been clearer (i.e. where to put the truck)

I had to guess on the gas because it was in a weird spot-all rental trucks should go out full so the customer has to return full-I out in more than I had to and I only drove my rental about 10 miles

The ABS light stayed on the entire time I had the Unit. The young lady (Shawn) that helped me was awesome. Talk about efficient! Excellent service.

When we checked in, there was only one person for many customers. She did a great job but was clearly stressed. I'm thinking there should have been at least one other person to assist.

The Customer Service at Wixom was great. Very helpful and friendly staff!!!

Great facility and friendly staff. My only critique is of the truck itself. I understand it is a utility moving truck, but it is bare bones to say the least. The 10' truck is less-than-accommodating for a 6'6" person like myself. No power locks or windows. No CD player (not that you can hear the radio anyway because the cab is so noisy when you're driving on the freeway.) Can't adjust the driver's seat back at all because it's against the back wall of the cab. I had to lean a bit to the right because the roof curves down pretty low (for me) on the left. The driver's side sun visor was hanging down a bit so I had to leave it on the driver's side window so I could see where I was driving. And you can't tilt the steering wheel at all. It made for an uncomfortable 2hr drive, especially with no cruise control. But the truck did handle well, and appears well-maintained, even with 77,000 miles on it. It also is a little low on the power side of the engine. We only loaded it maybe 1/3 of the way with a few pieces of furniture, and I had a hard time keeping it at 70 on the freeway. With even the slightest incline on the road, it drops to at least 60 or lower, and you have to really push the engine to get back up to 70. Not a big deal, but if you're on the freeway in Detroit doing less than 70, you will get run over.. On a side note, the control of the market has really gone to their heads as well. What we paid for a two day trip in a 10' truck was ridiculous. And when we tried to get an earlier weekend, they wanted to charges us $800 for two days, due to the demand, which is just insane.

Ashley was a great ambassador for your organization. She was welcoming, thorough and yet moved us quickly through the truck rental process. The other person in the office was gracious as well. When we were leaving my son commented that Ashley had been team player of the month and he knew why.
