The only improvement i would suggest is to have tanks full on all trucks when they go out. It's hard to fill exactly to the level it went out on. Other than that everything else was good-rep was very good and the trucks were in excellent condition.

The person before made a mess of the truck. Your staff tried hard to clean the truck and present it to me clean and free of debris. The staff bent over backwards to accommodate me apologized for causing me to be delayed.

This location does not offer all of the moving supplies that a large location offers. The supplies it does offer are not displayed in the open. They are located in a very small room off of the main lobby. The staff were very courteous and very friendly.

Customer service was excellent. The truck was clean, but I believe it has some problem, it road very hard, shocks or something, it was a bigger truck expect some stiffness but this was more than expected.

This is the second time in the last six months that there's been an issue with the owner . He yelled at me not to park out front of his building and honestly came close as he backed his personnel truck and came really close to running me over. The women who rented me the truck was very polite and professional. Also the lady office manager yelled at me since. Said to me your not paying attention you seem to be looking at the floor and ceiling? I'm fifty five years old just got out of my gym and arrived in my old beat up Honda CR-V. I guess I should have showed up with my newer car and my work clothes I'm an outside sales rep. to get any respect from those two mentioned. Sorry to give this bad news. My family will never rent from them again. Thought you should know. P.S. The owners name is Mr. Cressy; not sure if that's the correct spelling.

Many questions asked at check in were duplicate of those asked during reservation process. I can see why as a whole they would be asked as confirmation questions, but personally since I'm used and enjoyed U-Haul, they just make the check-in process seem too long... Overall process very easy to pick up and drop off at this location!
