I have been charged for $25 cleaning fee because i left 1 small empty roll of tape behind -I m also charged for fuel I did refuel the truck -when I dropped off -this is challenge situation as its was half fuel very hard to manage and no one want to put more fuel as you don't get it back ! make it simple full at pick up full when drop-off not confusion or headaches- Very not happy .will think twice next time getting Uhaul
