The contract was not correct. Even after numerous attempts to explain to the man he still ran my card multiple times for different amounts. He attempted to refund the amounts instead charged me again. I have over 300 in U-Haul holds.

Where do I start... They didn't seem to be familiar with the U-Haul process. Was told incorrect information about the equipment forcing us to look for other options. Ended up being an error on their part. When hooking up equipment, you could tell he really didn't know what he was doing. We were overcharged for equipment. Told incorrect information about the rental leaving us to figure out the hard way. Made a already stressful situation, more stressful.

Take his uhaul licenses away . Didn't open doors on time. Didn't know how to do written contract. Not professional. Also this was not my primary location i chose i was bounce around to two different location paid extra miles for being bounce across town to pick up truck.

I feel bad. I reserved 15' truck to haul my family stuff but they let others take the truck. I dont have a choice to rent the smaller one so i can pick up furniture's at Daniel's. But the problem is getting worst i need to lay flat my french door refrigerator. Clerk said that is 10 ft high but my 6ft refrigerator wont fit. And it double my mileage and gas cost, because it only fit half of 15ft truck... RESERVATION IS NOT TRUE

Next time don't charge people for certain things with out telling them. Because if the u haul people charge u for something like insurance n u didn't ask for it u will not receive u r money back. It's like oh well we can't do nothing about it. They make it like it's u r fault. N the man I rented it from in Anaheim on magnolia n crescent was very rude. I will not deal with them anymore

I dropped off my truck that same day 8/5/17 at 6:45pm. Location was suppose to be open until 7pm. I called Sunday to see if the truck was checked in. The location was closed. I was charged for an additional day and additional coverage. I would like this reviewed and to receive a refund for the additional day.

Didn't do walk thru and sign off of the graffiti inside or dings/scratches. Didn't find the ideal drop off that I had selected, said didn't exists yet was there when I got to my destination.

The person behind the desk shows no interest in helping out a customer. It is almost to a point of being rude. I feel sorry for the owner of that station and if he is the owner, U-haul is getting a bad rap. A lot of U-haul stations have been getting really bad ratings because of employee/owner attitudes.

Location was fine. But the corporate part of uhaul was the worst expierence I have ever had. No notified us of the location. I was told by customer service you sent a text. No text was received. Also we confirmed on the phone with a live perso the day before. Show up to the location only to find out no uhaul. I would like a call back to discuss. This should not be happening. We should have known when we arrived and the truck he gave us had no battery in it. My husband had to replace the old battery with the new one. We spent 7 hours in a broken down and unlocked truck with all our livelihood inside. The truck should never have been on the road in the first place with no locking mechanism and a severed gas line. We should have been charged nothing, but they charged us $46 which is bull crap. I would never wish this on my worst enemy, shame shame on UHaul.
