The person behind the desk shows no interest in helping out a customer. It is almost to a point of being rude. I feel sorry for the owner of that station and if he is the owner, U-haul is getting a bad rap. A lot of U-haul stations have been getting really bad ratings because of employee/owner attitudes.

Location was fine. But the corporate part of uhaul was the worst expierence I have ever had. No notified us of the location. I was told by customer service you sent a text. No text was received. Also we confirmed on the phone with a live perso the day before. Show up to the location only to find out no uhaul. I would like a call back to discuss. This should not be happening. We should have known when we arrived and the truck he gave us had no battery in it. My husband had to replace the old battery with the new one. We spent 7 hours in a broken down and unlocked truck with all our livelihood inside. The truck should never have been on the road in the first place with no locking mechanism and a severed gas line. We should have been charged nothing, but they charged us $46 which is bull crap. I would never wish this on my worst enemy, shame shame on UHaul.

I ended up not needing truck that day,took it back in less than one hour with more fuel than it had & got charged full rate with a small compensation toward the extra fuel.You guys suck.

I had to wait for 30 minutes for them to open. The guy in charge that day had no clue on how to work the computer. When I returned the u-haul, he gave me attitude and started been rude to me. I have filed a complaint about it.

There are a number of issues that took place with this rental, save for the location where it was picket up. 1 - There is a $2.21 credit card charge--No places I frequent charges extra for using a credit card. The world practically runs on them. 2 - The Truck I rented was "smaller" than the one I got, despite my reservation. This resulted in completing less of the move than originally planned. 3 - There was no offer to waive or reduce the mileage charge, given the size of the truck reserved wasn't available, there's a charge for using a credit card (won't be renting from U Haul again).

Inform customer sooner that the requested equipment will not be available at the preferred location. I didn't know I would need to travel several additional miles and change the time with my help until I called less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup. Fortunately, I was able to change the time - it would have been nice to have more notice.

Upon checking tire pressures on your trailer prior to my trip I found the left tire to be within spec and the right extremely low (15psi, spec is 60psi). This left me with no choice but to go get your tire repaired so I could complete the task I had initially rented the trailer for. The trailer also contained a large amount of rocks and dirt, which I swept out since my cargo needed to stay clean.

The service at this location was terrible. The man working there lied to us several times, quoting us rates for mileage and then writing something different in the contract. He also told us we could return the truck anytime before 7, and then we were told someone was picking the truck at 3:30 and we had to be there by 3. Awful service

It would be nice to fill the gas tank so that customer may fill it without puting too much gas. I started with 3/8 tank full, but i ended up filling half tank without receiving any credit for the gas I put more.

The only person that was there was too much like the "Soup Nazi" from the TV sitcom Seinfeld. The attitude that customers are there for him, and not the other way around.The concept of the word Courteousness is completely foreign in his realm. He needs to be video taped and/or at the least, his speech recorded to see and hear his complete lack of courteousness that is alarming. He also comes across as being underhanded. He did not give one of the items reserved, so that we had to drive all the way back, thus adding cost for mileages.

Request that they open on time, have time to walk through instructions for checking mileage, damage and amount of gas. Owner failed to remind me to check mileage and I think it was done on purpose. I was over charged but 10 miles, more or less.

This was a 3rd party location. First of all, the owner/manager was 20 minutes late opening the store (several customers were waiting outside). Since I had hired movers, at an hourly rate, I was technically paying the movers to wait to get the truck. Also, when I inquired about renting a dolly, I was given a rate, and told that it had to be paid in cash. When I asked why, he replied, "because I take cash." When I returned the truck, the same person was on his cell phone the entire time. Very rude and unprofessional!
