When talking with the location owner - she stated that she was unaware of the additional items needed with my online order. I ordered 10 moving blankets with the rental. However, I did not receive these. Instead I received a two wheel hand truck - which I did not need! I had to travel and move with the hand truck - which was a nuisance. You should figure out how to let the location owners see the customer's order and prep the rental per the needs of the customer!Reed H.

An inconvenience: Website could not detect my location. After several times adjusting Location Settings, relocating, logging out/in, rebooting, I was unable to do mobile check out. Despite recording saying We are open, after @ 0:20 minutes of ringing, I could not speak with toll free number. I had to return when the facility was open.Leslie H.

I did not realize until I dropped the truck off that U-Haul staff would not be satirizing it. If I'd known that, I would have brought supplies to wipe the truck down before I drove it, and also after. Even though I am not symptomatic, I could still have the virus. Or, I could start showing symptoms tomorrow. Also, the process of doing the â€˜contactless' truck pick up today as frustration. They had to call some friend of mine to verify I am who I am. Because the first person I chose to didn't answer, we had to scramble for more people. We didn't end up actually getting our truck until 30-40 minutes after our scheduled pickup time, although, as we were driving away, I received a text saying I need to have the truck back 4 hours from my scheduled time, not from the time I was actually able to drive the truck away from the site. In general, it was stressful.Kristen W.

On line service was a horrible experience. The lady I spoke with did not do her job nor I could I hardly understand her. She even told that they did not rent uhaul at that location. As I was at the location looking at the uhaul Van and truck at that location. Do not use! on line service, it cost me a great deal of lost time. Go directly to location for service. Have rented many times with U-haul. Very disappointed with this rental. Picked up 10-foot truck and drove to home, only to find dresser, pillow, hand truck and bubble wrap left in container. Called store, then returned truck to store and cleaned out myself. Store said they would adjust beginning mileage (9 miles) for miles I accrued in correcting their error - but it was not adjusted at conclusion of one-way rental. Took me extra time and cost me more for Uhaul's error. Very disappointed.Timothy M.

The pick up instructions were not really there. It was a guessing game.Very thankful for the person that works the storage office. Also, it said that the tank was full, but it was not.
