After completing the scheduling I was prompt to create an account using my cell number for sign in and the option to get a code sent by text. When I requested the code , I went to retrieve it and went bk to the site to enter the page wasnt there anymore. Making the password is probably better. As stated the service was excellent!!!

Mark DThey left me high and drive at the Senatobia pick up. They didnt have the truck assigned even though all of the paperwork had been completed on my end. Required me to drive 30 miles away to another city (Batesville) to get another truck and that required me to have to drive the truck further and cost me more mileage and fuel. Not a good experience with Uhaul.
