There was an abnormal situation that caused a delay of about 15 minutes. They were very curious, professional and apologetic about the wait. I was very grateful to be dealing w the people who were there.

The worst experience! So bad I may NEVER do business with U-Haul again. Please call me to discuss after you review my lengthy notes. In short, my transaction at the location took OVER 2.5 hours waiting in the office. Then was told to leave the property to go outside so they can close. They said they would call for help. They got in their cars and left me in the cold. Waited for a Service Rep-Rashawn who was the Highlight of the worst experience. 3 hours to get a trailer I made reservations four days in advanced. Was told one way OK, not at pickup office I had to return to them then I was told it's their equipment, not U-Haul. Lost payment transaction had upload issues with my license. Man calls to U_Haul.CALL ME to discuss and see how this can be fixed and avoided. P>S> I was late for my 6 pm pick up in Dover DE costing me more $$$ and time. NOT HAPPY with U_HAUL!!! Call if you want to help retain a customer. Thank you, John

The crew there was great to me and my wife. We had some trouble with our locking pin on our ball hitch and one of the guys was instrumental in correcting the problem so we could get on our way

The truck had a stripping already lose when I rented the truck and the agent suggested that "I put tape on it to keep it in place." Why wasn't this done by them. They were very clear when I rented that they were only representatives of UHaul and any problems I encountered would be Uhaul's issues. Why am I renting from a site that won't work with me directly but will rent to me directly. Additionally, I was almost a week before I received charges on my card from the rental. I'm never using this company again.

The location was fine, however, I had a hard time putting the truck into reverse. It appears the truck required maintenance in which I fell should have been check prior to me picking up the truck. This was not my first time renting a UHaul from this location, and I have never had any problems with the equipment (truck) in the past.

The uhaul automated system are horrible. It always is to make a reservation for a can that was for sale, not rental. Then it wouldn't allow the woman working there to make any changes. Then I couldn't upload my license. Then on checkout, it wouldn't function.

I only made the reservation on-line 24 hours in advance, but there was no cargo trailer for us when we arrived. We were sent to another location and given a more expensive open trailer. U-Haul did a poor, poor job this time.

my rented 15 uhaul had the check engine light on. the person at the front desk was visibly frustrated at having to get me another truck and kept trying to blame me and tell me there were no other trucks availible. she tried to give us a 10 foot instead and we had to talk for a while before she gave us a 20. We lost an hour of time and she was incredibly rude to us when it was the delaware moving and towings fault for not being able to properly inspect their vehicles in the first place. I will NEVER come to this place again! Terrible experience!

I rent often and never had an issue with UHaul. The issue yesterday had nothing to do with location. Instead, I waited an hour at that location to pick up my trailer due to a UHaul system problem. The dealer said it was extremely slow or crashing due to due to high volume. I had my reservation all set but they couldnâ€™t get into the system to book my contract. I should be compensated for the time I lost waiting for the system to come back. The trailer cost was $25. I would say that a credit towards a future rental is justified.

I basically was harassed for the uhaul to be returned because another customer needed it, an employee called me about 4 times bothering me about returning it when I was not finished using it. I was not feeling well, and it was to hot for me to be outside, and had to get up to get it down so the next customer can use it. Well never get another uhaul again

Update the hoe to retrieve the key experience. It kept saying the key is at a safety compartment behind the back door of the truck while all along it was At the front of the building in the facility. This was confusing to say the least

The Best Movers I have ever had Kyle and Chris they where so nice to me and my friend whom is Andrea Brooks we both Appreciate how Attentive they were on there job . Please make check-in quicker. It took my 30 minutes from the time I arrived to have the woman check me in because the prompts kept denying her. I am not sure if it was a training error or issue when my reservation had to be transferred to two different locations. My two other times renting took less than 10 minutes for check in.
