Did not help with the loading process
Brandon NSaid her printer was down and couldn't make me a copy of the contract. But because I had my cell phone with it being attached to my emails. Figured that must be good enough.
DONALD PTrailer was rented in Austin, TX on 05/13/2025. Trailer was returned in Biloxi, MS on 05/14/2025. Administrative return was not completed until today: 05/18/2025 -- UNSATISFACTORY that I had to conduct as much follow-up as I did every day since the physical return of the trailer on the afternoon of 05/14/2025. This irresponsible dereliction wasted a lot my personal time on the phone while attempting to execute a move-out and move-in simultaneously. The aggravation and grief is inexplicable. Refunding the entire $372.90 is the least that can be done. If it is not, I will pursue a crusade of free publicity for U-Haul with my ability to articulate clearly to the general public. Free publicity is not always free U-Haul. It will be a reputational blemish you hoped would never occur. The service level Annetta of A&J Mini-Mart provided was less than inadequate and simply horrendous.
