Take pictures of everything before you leave the lot. Mileage, fuel everything. They will try to scam you.
LORI KThe drivers door does not close properly, maybe it has been repaired. Driver door came ajar on the interstate and started rattling/shaking. Had to slam it hard for a proper close. When I reserved the truck I rejected extra insurance as it overlapped mine. When I picked it up I was not informed U-Haul had added it back without notice. So I overpaid. This was intentional. By U-Haul. The day before rental I got an email the truck pickup was at a distant location from where they earlier confirmed it. Next morning I got an email call, the pickup location opened later than what the website and reservation said. YALL HAVE A NICE DAY.
