After hour drop off. They were very quick in finalizing check in once they opened and provided a receipt within a timely manner.

The after hours pick up and return does not work, period. Uhaul needs to spend some money on IT people and get this fixed. This is disappointing because the 15' truck and the Big Acre location were both 5 star.

With the excitement of picking up the truck, I did not realized that there was no furniture dolly in the truck. Luckily, we did not need it. Sorry, I did not object that at the pick up. I would also like to have the plate of the truck, to pay online the highway tolls I incurred in Illinois. Please send me the plate numbers ASAP. I am very please with your service. The truck was clean overall. The pick-up using the phone is great. I definitely will use it again if needed and will recommend to my friends. Kudos to You folks.

Waiting to be verified when we logged in to pick up our truck took almost 30 mins. We scheduled pick up for 8:30, by the time we got into the truck and drove off the property it was 9:00. That took away valuable time for usage and it kind of rushed us. Next time we'll remember to show up 20 minutes early to get our truck on time.

I had extreme difficulty returning the vehicle via the website link provided. Each time I took a picture of the specified view point of the vehicle to prove its condition, i received an error message; " the site has crashed". Not allowing me to go elsewhere if thev problem persist. Over and over again... to prevent what was really happening. Sad sad

While I went in to show them the paperwork, somebody was already unhitching the trailer from my vehicle. That's service !

Make rentals more accessible. We picked up a car trailer that was in a back gated area. It was tucked against a semi trailer with several fully loaded pallets blocking entrance area and access to rental trailer. Backing in the driver hit the semi trailer trying to maneuver between it and the pallets breaking the brake light cover and smashing in corner of rear quarter panel. Had to scrap against pallets to even pull out of back lot. Now we are out a deductible for costly repair. You would think you would get an apology for unsafe conditions and or atleast considerations for paying for damage. Will never go back there. Negligent and seemed very disorganized.

I had two major issues. The first was that the price I was given on my email didn't include the trailer insurance so there was an extra $80 I hadn't anticipated. The second was that I couldn't split it over two credit cards.

We had wanted to pick up at the Pinckney location but the day before, we were scheduled at Brighton....which we weren't expecting and it added an hour + onto our long day.


I returned the vehicle on July 30 about 8:15 PM, but the record show I return the vehicle is July 31 about 9:30 AM. the Haul App works not good.

The clerk asked another employee to check the mileage. When I was ready to take the vehicle there was a big sign on the dash tucked under the sun visors covering the windshield. So I had to wrestle with that so I could leave. I then noticed a McDonalds bag behind the seat. It had leftovers in it. I also discovered an old bag of doughnuts as well. So when I walked these items back into the Big Acre store, the girl behind the counter says," What is all that?" When I told her what and where I found it she never apologized or showed any concern. I promise I will do whatever it takes to not come back to this location.Very disappointing to me...
