I got charged for a dolly that was not provided to me at time of pick up. Uhual calling me to return truck the next day of me already retuning it.

In the future the staff should walk the customer to their respective uhual truck and go over fuel costs and key features of the vehicle and how to extend the uhual if needed. Also smoke shop sells pot much like a dispensary does how is this legal I don't know but I was asked to stand to the side while the clerk took care of 5 or more people. I shouldn't have had to wait there was 3 other workers present who just stood around gossiping. I guess I am old school.
