Looks like a great U-Haul dumping ground. No personnel were present. Cars were strewn everywhere, and the lot was muddy with puddles of muddy water holes everywhere.

Russell OThere wasn’t anyone available to receive the trailer. So, I can’t rate the personnel. The area where other trailers were parked was very muddy and had a deep hole of water. Luckily, we had a 4x4 so we didn’t get stuck as we positioned the trailer with the others.
DEBRA MThe equipment storage lot was a muddy wet mess following heavy rain two days prior. It took an extra time to find a dry location to park safely. The store was busy, and After waiting for other costumers to be serviced by the attendant, she politely indicated that she would process my dropoff afterwords and would email me the final receipt. As it ended up, I was charged for an extra day of rental time after arriving about an 45 minutes later than the official rental time. All in all I was a bit peeved with being charged for an extra day of truck rental after patiently dealing with the delays at both ends of the transaction.
