The customer service was awful and they didn’t have the equipment I reserved and didn’t let me know until I asked to confirm that my three dolly’s were in the box truck.

Pelumi BImprove navigation of app. It was difficult to really figure out how to retrieve my keys when I got there, in the app. It also required someone to verify a secondary number on the day of pickup. I got other things taken care of the day I scheduled with uhaul, so that picking up would be quick - and thankfully my secondary person was awake at that time. Also I attempted to take photos at drop off but the app reloaded somehow and just stated I was finished. I kept photos in my phone anyway just to make sure I had them, in the event of any discrepancies.
