The person at the fuel station location did not know how to check someone in. He was on FaceTime with someone else telling him what to do. Several customers behind me got frustrated and left and other waited a good 20 minutes to be helped. Suggestion....the U-Haul office should be opened for operation, not closed!
Lynn BThese people are scammers. After telling me my payment would be $56, when I delivered the vehicle, they refused to close the deal right away, telling me they would email me the invoice. Then they charged me over $50 in gas, and the truck was only used for 13 miles.

Destiny HThe overall experience picking up the truck was horrible! Clerk was so rude and not willing to verify my rental! I literally had to call Uhal to have them speak to the clerk and he refused to talk to the Uhal representative. I had to get on the phone with the store owner just to verify my rental! I thought using the app was supposed to be hassle free! Moving is hard enough but to have to explain myself in a store full of customers was simply ridiculous!
