I got charge for gas I didn't use! The clerk went back and forth with me about I should have open the app he sent. When you are on a time schedule you don't have time to look at an app until you get done and return the truck. Also the truck didn't have AC and the gear was getting stuck.Once I got so far from the rental place it sounded like it had axcel or ball joint problem. I will never rent from these guys ever again. Wasn't good people to do business with.I hope someone look into this company and teach them how to conduct better customer service. Because they are giving U-haul a bad name!

I had booked a 5:30am reservation, never received the pickup information, I showed up to the location at 5:30 and messaged with a support member for an hour for her to tell me “they keep records of everything, but don't have record of my 5:30am pickup†and that my reservation was set for 7am… Understand this may be a location that isn't 24/7 pickup, however, there's no reason I should then be able to set up a 5:30am pickup when I select the location. Not only was this frustrating, as I was on a time constraint due to other reservations with my move and further delayed my moving process, but the worker there was incredibly rude and unprofessional. My price from the original booking to when I turned it in jumped from 59 bucks to 190. I get that gas is not included but I was charged extra for miles which was never indicated in the pricing. I don't think I'd book Uhaul services moving forward.
Tyler D.It was a warm day in the office is not air conditioned. It was incredibly hot and uncomfortable while trying to get the app to work correctly to pick up the truck. The truck staring system was completely messed up and would not hold a straight line without moving the wheel back and forth continuously. The trip was to Milwaukee and back and I felt there was some danger involved driving the truck on the road. It should have been notated in the maintenance and it should have been checked. This truck needs immediate front end inspection and work on the steering. Other than that the move went well and the help I received behind the counter was good even though I had a problem with the app. I guess it's something that is known because we were able to get my son to make it work on his phone. The move did go well and we appreciate the truck. Just a little scary to drive.
David S.Awful experience. I was unable to get my truck for over an hour an hour and needed to go through the terrible moving U-Haul app to do so. Constant crashing and slow moving. Once I got the rental truck, the Dolly I purchased was not found in the truck, so we never had a dolly for the move that I was charged for. When I returned the truck around 4:30pm, as I was taking pictures of the condition of the truck upon, and the app closed out and I was never able to send the pictures through the app. It simply told me that the truck was returned. The photos are currently sitting in my photos on my phone. I plan on calling today to get my money back for the dolly I never was given...
