The office made me smell and feel like I had been rolling around in an ashtray, The U-Haul person is not on site, he will have to be called. Forget about getting help picking the younger of the trailer up and hooking up, no such help! After the guy showed up and I have already hooked up, the app is not working and cost me another half hour trying to get checked in. When returning the unit , absolutely NO one insight. No help getting unhooked or where to drop the unit. Their hours posted are 7 to 7 7 days a week. No such personal.
