Open signs were lit, no one was there. App did not work and no one answered the phone. App has serious problems!

Paula CMake sure the equipment is checked in and the customer don't receive negative emails stating the equipment wasn't returned.
CHARLES OWe were charged for a dolly, but never got one to rent, but we were charged. The whole process was done online with my phone. The packing pad were dirty and dusty, not clean at all.
