The staff at this location was wonderful! I have an issue with Uhaul overall however. After I made my reservation online and received email confirmation, Uhaul changed my reservation time and equipment to a later, unacceptable time, and to a much larger truck than needed. I was not informed in any way of this change until I got to the counter of Uhaul in Hillsboro who had no other trucks available. Luckily, I was able to get a truck from this Cornelius location, but I was 1 half hour delayed meeting my friends at my house to load the truck. I would rate Uhaul corporate Poor. Please forward to Uhaul corporate.

Not friendly, not welcoming, bothered when I would ask questions, didn't show me the trailer, or go over any info of the trailer as they should as I have been helped with in the past, didn't smile, no other size available, wasn't informed it didn't have a ramp,l until paid for, couldn't guarantee me if drop sir would be open etc, they are closed on sundays, they had trouble finding my reservation, although they were able to hold by reservation to a different time,

Slight delay in picking up the truck they rented me as they had one of their own vehicles parked in front of it and couldn't start it, had to swap me to another truck which took 30 minutes. On the plus side they did me good ny not charging me for the dolly and furniture movers.

There was a terrible mix up. We were accused of stealing 12 furniture blankets, we did NOT rent any. In fact didn't even get our stuff from Medford. We came on a ONE WAY from Hillsboro, OR. Then apparently there was also damage to a vehicle returned. And they were trying to charge us over $500, then the guy we returned our utility trailer too forgot to finalize something in the computer so it was saying we didn't return it yet. UGH!! No. Not the greatest experience.

There was no uhaul available near me so I had to make a drive for the uhaul (added onto our hour drive move). We also had to do two trips when the recommended uhaul is suppose to be suffecient for a two bedroom residence. Needless to say, our ending payment was $230.

I am completely satisfied. You charged us for not filling the tank -- which was fair, we didn't. You didn't charge us for cleaning, which was more than fair, since there was a little dirt we could have swept, which you will have to sweep for the next customer. And you didn't charge us for being 36 minutes late -- which was very much appreciated after a harder-than-expected day.

1st, My reservation was for Hillsboro... 2nd, the vehicle was dirty and smelled bad.... 3rd my pre registration was in vein as it took nearly 1/2 an hour for them to get their credit card machine to work, people tend to get stressed when their card gets ran through a machine 6-7 times and the employee "has" to unplug it 3-4 times... 5th and lastly, whom is the shady looking fellow approaching me asking for the keys whilst I'm returning after hours? No uniform or name tag, and I was told to put the keys in the box but i didn't get 1/2 way to it when I was approached on a day I was told they would be closed...

I am extremely disappointed with my U-Haul experience. I rented from the Grand Rental Station in Cornelius, Oregon, and the staff at that location were absolutely fantastic. When we used the truck on Saturday we had to contact ride side assistance because the back sliding door of the truck would not close so we were set back by almost 2 hours and ended up having to make our second trip on Sunday. On Sunday afternoon I received a phone call from James Robinson at a store in Hillsboro and was told I was to return the truck there; I returned the truck about 2 hours later to the location as instructed. Monday I was called to ask where the truck was as it was not checked in and advised the person I spoke with that the truck had been returned the previous day to the location in Hillsboro as instructed. Today, Tuesday, I received another call saying that the truck had not been returned thus my contract was void and the truck needed to be returned ASAP. I called back and was told that the person who called me had not known that yesterday was a holiday and it would be check in ASAP. Later this morning I received another call asking why the truck had been returned to the wrong depot. After speaking at length with Tyler (503-640-4666) it was determined that I had been instructed to drop the truck in Hillsboro and not Cornelius. About an hour after my conversation with Tyler I received a call from 503-410-1028 (St. Helens, OR) asking where the truck was and why it was returned to the wrong depot, etc. When I asked if I could get a name and a phone number the person hung up. There was a MAJOR miscommunication over the long weekend by U-Haul staff and hopefully it has all been resolved now that I have been provided with a final invoice. Moving is stressful enough without having to deal with truck repairs and all the rest of the run around I've had to deal with.

The truck I rented was a rattle trap. Not only was it filthy inside and out, the windshield wipers were wore out and squeaked for 70 miles. The roll up door in the back was extremely hard to roll up and roll down. Inside the roll up door is almost rusted thru, causing anything that rubs against it to get ruined from the rust. When you stepped on the gas peddle, there was a terrible growling sound, especially going up any slight hill. In the box van is a piece of sheet metal that is flapping, also making a horrible noise when going down the road. The truck has over 100,000 miles on it and should be pulled from the fleet. This was the only truck that was available to me and the clerk did not offer to have another one brought in. I told her about the problems with the truck, her response "the PM thinks it's OK, so it's out of our control" I call BS on this. Ive worked at UHaul and know this is not the case. This truck is a piece of shit and needs to be pulled. I've prided myself on great customer service when I worked at UHaul and obviously this isn't the case at this store. It sucked. This truck has obviously been on the road along time because every few inches is a circle w/the infamous X on it. Get it off the road. Lorna

Kid hookibg up the trailer beeds training. Did the precheck in and it saved no time at all. It was a waste. When I reserved said trailer your website offered discounts to take the trailer to Salem. I opted to drop in Silverton. On my contract she said you have to drop in Salem. So are we delivery people for your company? Moving made easier", what a crock of poop
