This is our first time to rent a uhaul truck and we are very disappointed with the service. We scheduled it for pickup at 7am using his the mobile phone pickup. My husband got there at exact time and went to truck assigned to us only to find out that the key wasn't there. He had to call the office and wait for the manager for the key. We were scheduled to start moving between 8-9am but everything got delayed because of the problem. Our friends who helped us missed their appointments also. When we returned the truck using the online return, we were billed with $2000+. We only used the truck for about 6 miles! Good thing the office in this location is still open and the lady working at that time (between 3-5pm) was able to help is with the problem. She said that somebody entered the wrong starting miles for our truck. I hope this doesn't happen again.

I dropped off my vehicle on a Sunday at 2 PM and they were closed. I was not informed that I would be charged an additional $20 as it's considered an after hours. Would be nice if you haul would point out which locations are open so you can avoid this fee.
I went on line to rent and wAs told one price and end up being twice the amount. 19.95 for in town I was in town but return at different location

Great service with a clean truck. Excellent experience. Also a shout out to Move It Storage on Rodd Field, they did not have a truck available but quickly found me a truck 5 mins away and completed my reservation! Excellent experience from beginning to end! Thank you!
Driver side seatbelt was OOC.i sat on the clasp of the seatbelt ala 1977 to keep from getting pulled over. Other than that, the truck was great.

The cup holders were coated in sticky goop. They steering wheel was sticky as well. The overall smell inside the cab was not pleasant.
The transaction took an hour due to the system, which took longer than it did to move our single couch. I was charged 3 times and had to visit a website to fix my transactions because uhaul stated it was â€œout of our hands and you now have to deal with the website and your personal bankâ€. Whenever we entered the vehicle there were ashes all on the dash board and cigarettes boxes in the passenger doors. The sales representative had amazing customer service even though she herself had to contact the uhual customer service 4 times.
The office was very nice and the front desk attendant was very helpful as we needed assistance with the tax exception.
