I got my rental at True Value Rental in Crystal River, FL. When I arrived, I was the only one there, yet it still took nearly half an hour to get my trailer. I had a reservation. What many businesses continue to forget is that the customer in front of you comes before the caller on the phone. Deal with your customer, let the phone ring. They'll call back if it's that important. There was one person dealing with me, answering the phone and dealing with a truculent young employee who seems to exist just to argue. As more and more people came in, the pace didn't pick up. The phone was VERY important and another customer actually spoke a few words as he too waited interminably. If this was an isolated incident, that would be one thing, however I had the same experience with this business 4 years ago, same store, same lady. It's not just me. If you were to collate other reviews of this business you would see a pattern. In order to protect the brand, I would recommend ending your franchises with True Value Rentals. They are understaffed, uncaring and unprofessional.
EDWARD Crented 6x12 enclosed trailer worked as intended only used for 3 hrs and charged for all day but was worth it , wud be nice if they had 4 hrs rental but price was not bad
