I would not recommend renting from them. They are very unprofessional. I clearly told the lady at the front desk that we would be returning the truck on Monday, and she assured me she would update it in the system. However, she failed to do so. As a result, U-Haul charged me for an extra day due to their mistake in not updating their system. Very disappointing experience I suggest renting elsewhere if possible.
