We had called and visited three other locations who lamented that there was system troubles and they could not rent us a truck, at all, now way. So, I looked online and noticed that Highway 60 Self Storage had a truck that would work for us. We arrived a little early on Friday and were so pleased that we were allowed in to process our paperwork. Great Job for Highway 60 Self Storage.

Difficult to find the location- Some GPS apps don't recognize the address. Snow was 3-4 inches thick on the windshield (snowed the day BEFORE) and I actually fell out of the truck while standing on the door step to push snow away from the windshield. I fell to the ground. I told the customer service rep on the phone when I called about the extra charges and she didn't acknowledge it at all. I rented two trucks within a month and had a poor experience in the end. Won't use uhaul again.

Terry was absolutely amazing. I have had to use UHaul services 4 times in the past 6 months and only one of them had great customer service. Your online reservation system needs to communicate better with the pick up store. I was not able to pick up the truck at my preferred location. I was not able to complete pick up in a timely manner, because of this. There were additional charges at pick not included in the online quote. Overall I would not recommend using Uhaul to another person again, and I have been in the military and used uhaul multiple times with my military moves, never again.
