Address was wrong on gps. There was no available parking for the uhaul. Drop off took way too long in the app. I should not have to spend 5 hours picking up and dropping off a uhaul. I spent over a thousand on this uhaul and was treated as if I was an unpaid employee and not a paying customer.
Paula S.I received a call prior to picking informing me the appliance dolly would not be available. Upon arrival the location is congested and hard to maneuver. I had issues with the "pick up my truck" and had to call into uhaul. I took approximately 30-minutes to get the app working. The truck only had 1/4 tank of gas. I had to make a total of four phone calls three while I had the rental, and one Monday because I was over charged. Customer Service was great each call. Compared to my overall experience with Uhaul, this one was the absolute worst. I will never use that location again.
