I left my wallet in the U-haul and the representative at the drop off location went out and got it back to me. He was awesome!

There needs to be more transparency about the charges. I'm now stuck waiting for a much needed $130 simply because I used my cash app card and not my debit card. Had I known, I never would have used it.

James SI reserved a truck days ahead & when I drove 1& 1/2 hour to pick up the truck I was told they didn't have a truck ! I was told they had a truck in Decatur...45 minutes away !!! I hired 2 men to come with me @ $15.00 an hour each !!! Why reserve a truck if it isn't going to be there ??? Very inconvenient , & very unprofessional.
