Set up schedule for truck return to the Village Market. Upon arrival, Manager was out to lunch and employees were not informed of any rental returns. Waited 15 minutes for manager to return from lunch. She was aware that a truck return was transpiring at the given time and she quickly handled the closeout transaction. Smooth transaction once manager returned. Village Market staff were friendly and courteous.
