Self returned, so there was no interaction with personnel at Omart. The first drop off location provided be U-Haul (York, Alabama) does not exist. I Googled to find the next closest location (Cuba, Alabama) which I discovered upon arrival was an abandoned location. U-Haul personnel were effective at providing another drop off location when contacted. This mix up cost me an extra hour in making my drop off. I believe U-Haul should be more diligent in updating their dealer network information. I was especially disappointed that the first drop off location provided by U-Haul did not exist.
JOHN CClerk was nasty to me! He was rude and impatient! He also forced me to purchase an insurance plan even tho I opted out when I made reservations on the website! I also made clerk aware that the gas was not on full and also took pictures! I made sure the gas need was in the same place upon return and also took pictures, but was still charged an extra $20.50.
