Had problem with pickup due to photo glitch in app. Closed location. Tried calling all day the day before. Call went to voicemail. Even Uhaul corporate could not reach them by phone
Pablo VI did not drop off at this location. My drop off was at Dixon Mills, AL. The location was in someone’s front yard. No personnel was present but I took pics for proof of drop off. I rented the trailer the morning of 8/30 and dropped it off the same day. However I received a notification a week later I had not returned the trailer.
MARCUS TGot to the place and got overcharged and the man working did not fix it after multiple calls.
JOHN PSelf returned, so there was no interaction with personnel at Omart. The first drop off location provided be U-Haul (York, Alabama) does not exist. I Googled to find the next closest location (Cuba, Alabama) which I discovered upon arrival was an abandoned location. U-Haul personnel were effective at providing another drop off location when contacted. This mix up cost me an extra hour in making my drop off. I believe U-Haul should be more diligent in updating their dealer network information. I was especially disappointed that the first drop off location provided by U-Haul did not exist.
