The location was ok, but it is just a busy area and hard to get in and out of. Also, the windshield was covered with ice and the rear door was frozen shut. It was very difficult to get it open.

The keys were not available due to a customer error. I should have been offered a discount as I had to reschedule movers on my end from Saturday to Sunday costing me additional money as a result of keys not being on site at my scheduled pickup time.

Do not pick random locations if the prefered location is not available. I had a very bad experience going through a couple of locations until this one worked out.

I booked my UHaul for mobile pick-up at this location for 9am. I went through the process and found my truck and it told me the box where the keys were located. When I opened the box, the keys weren't there and I called the customer service and they informed me that they won't be able to give me my keys till 1045am (when the owner can drop off the keys). The customer service person told me about a separate location but wouldn't reimburse me for gas and/or mileage. So I waited for 1045am and I still hadn't gotten the key. I called the customer service and they told me someone is present to hand me the keys, when there was no one. I was waiting for another 25 minutes until someone came to drop the key in the box. After receiving my keys, I received a contract with wrong mileage and gas information. When asked to change the contract, they informed me that they couldn't change the contract now that it was printed, so I went ahead and made the changes prior to signing it. After signing the contract and returning the UHaul later in the day, they ensured me the mileage would be correct and I wouldn't be charged for the extra miles. When I received the invoice, they had charged me for 16 extra miles. I had to call and spend another 15-20 minutes on the phone trying to resolve this issue. Overall, this was a horrible experience. I wasted most of the day resolving issues and wasted 3 hours of my moving time.

During the check in process please make it clear that additional Id such as a lease is required or that the alternate contact will be called. This was the only minor thing I had an issue with.

We did mobile check in and check out. We thought it would take 5 or 10 minutes but it took much longer and we didn't know the information that was needed prior to starting. It would be nice to have that detailed info On the website available prior to the pick up so we could have allowed for the extra time and what was needed. It was convenient and we did appreciate it except for that glitch.


I never rented without hands on, which was different, but it worked out well.

Very helpful staff. The vehicle had a mileage discrepancy that made the online booking freeze up and the staff was very accommodating to fix it.

The drop off went easy since I did it online. If I didn't, there was going to be a $20 fee, so I saved $20 and did it. It was easy to do. I dropped it off at 6 pm the day before I was scheduled to and have not seen an adjustment to my bill so I will have to call.

I called and confirmed with the location if I can drop off the key after hours and since they said yes I dropped the vehicle on Monday 23rd around 10pm. When I received the final bill it is showing return date as Thursday 26th at 4:33pm and they have added extra charge for one day. A representative has called me in the morning asking if I can stop by to fill the gas since I have not returned the vehicle with the gas filled and he mentioned he has to close the ticket by 11:00 am ; then why was the return time and date shown like so and an extra day charge was added. I send an email asking for explanation and have not received any response yet.
