My return was scheduled for Christianburg. I went to 2 U-Haul locations both refused to accept the trailer. I went to Racine Va to a third location they also refused to accept the trailer. I called Customer Service they found a location in Dublin. I drove 100 miles out of my way to drop off the trailer.

I don’t remember the woman’s name who helped my husband and I, but she was such a delight. She was very friendly and got us on our way in a jiffy.
Jordan SHours of operation were not convenient. No info on where to park truck. Left truck with exact amount of gas needed and was charged for gas! Was also charged $20 for after hrs drop off when they closed at noon! Would not recommend this dealer!
