My credit card was charged twice for the rental and additional charges for gas that was already refueled prior to returning. I am still waiting for the refund back to my credit card $42. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated that this incident happened and I have not received any response from the company about my complaint. I have been dealing with U-Haul for over 25 years without any prior issues until now. I would like a refund at the same speed that the company charged me additional charges without thoroughly checking the vehicle upon return. I’m very disappointed in this whole process

Jennifer, the office manager at the Dublin location was absolutely amazing. She made my pick up and drop off seamlessly. SHERRY WIf picking up unit when office is closed, allow 30 minutes for inspecting and uploading pictures and documents for rental agreement. It was all user friendly for first time user. Same on the return process, just less time and pictures. Overall good experience
