Great service and explanations! My first Uhaul experience was very good, thanks.

I only drove 10 miles and was gone for 2 hours. They told me that it was going to be $19.95 plus about $1 per mile, and said that at most my rental will cost $50. When I returned they told me that I could leave before they did the inspection of the vehicle. 5 minutes later I was charged about $300. The receipt said it cost $75 for the day and that I somehow managed to drive 350 miles in 2 hours which is not physically possible. Still have not been refunded my money and it's been a week since the rental.

Nothing. Process was seamless and proprietor very friendly.

My original rental pick up location was Oakland Road in Milpitas, CA. When I showed up as scheduled, they did not have a UHAUL on site (after being scheduled for a week). This is bull shit! It cost me over an hour to drive to East Palo Alto to Rainer's Station. The operator at Rainer's was very nice and accommodating. The gas tank was at 3/4 and not full. I didn't realize this until I left the lot. Again, costing me more money. I did receive cost savings of $50 and 60 miles. You provide a specific service and you can barely do that. I am not impressed and I will probably not EVER rent from UHAUL again.

I was overcharged and they would not call me back.

They kept messing up the billing process, I am never trusting this company with my money again.

Odometer reading on the invoice was incorrect. Marshann was able to fix the invoice after I showed her my photos of the odometer readings for pickup and dropoff.

Marshann helped me with great customer service while dealing with a busy afternoon. She had a smile on her face the entire time and didn't ignore me or others while I waited for my turn during both the pick-up and drop-off.

Very unreliable location and agent. Don't trust them to use their drop box -- I dropped off my rental on time and the keys in the drop box, but was billed for an extra day. Calling in resulted in a promise to remove the charge, but of course it was sent through anyway. Also, ten more travel miles magically appeared on my bill...

Too slow took 45 minutes to check out even after a reservation and no customers ahead of me
