Was sent to this location after the first location changed. No email, no phone call. After visiting the original location twice and not getting a truck, I called uhaul only to find the location of the truck was about 20 miles away. If I had known of the change, I could have picked up the truck on my way and not had to back tracked, plus I would have gotten my day started earlier without the frustrations!

My complaint is with the online U-Haul reservation experience that reserved trucks for me at different locations than I requested and did not facilitate my ordering two trucks for the same time period. In the future, I may look for a different system. At check-in, U-Haul needs to identify by number the truck being checked in on the online form. I couldn't tell which of the two trucks I was working on with the info provided on the form.
