Our pick up was scheduled for 9:00am however when we arrived at the location it was closed. Staff arrived at approximately 9:20am with no explanation, concern nor apology to the customers who were waiting.

The interior of the vehicle was relatively clean but the cup holders were filthy, luckily we did not use the cup holders. The vehicle was also rusted and scratched in so many places that I had anxiety reporting it all and thinking I missed a spot. I booked online and did not receive any email letting me know how to get the keys to the vehicle or anything so I assumed I would get all that done at the convenience store where I booked but the convenience store was closed all day so I had no way of getting my keys and no email or text message regarding the issue. Luckily I called the “park share” number and the lady helped me out. I was talking to her for like 30-40 minutes and had to redo the entire process that I had already done online such as taking pictures of drivers license and payment methods etc. The lady was super patient and explained everything if not for her I probably would have been too fed up with this truck rental and would have canceled and booked elsewhere. But thankfully she helped me up and the adjusted the time from 10am original time when I was supposed to pick up the truck to 10:30am when I actually picked up the truck.
Ramanpreet SThey didn't have the furniture dolly in the back of the U-Haul when it was on my contract and I had to call uhual customer service and they where able to give me a location that I can pick one up from. But had to drive out my way to pick it up

Joel PThe lady at this location did not understand how mobile pick up worked. After I had already filled in the info online on my iPhone, she insisted I had to repeat the process on her phone despite my attempts at explaining I had already filled out the info. I was charged twice for the same truck rental on two different credit cards. Fortunately I called uhaul that same day and spoke to a nice lady who helped sort it out and I got the charges reversed on one of the credit cards. I also pre-booked a furniture mover for $7 and it was not in the truck and there was none available at this location.
