No fault to Brookside but the equipment I requested was not on the truck. Paul at Brookside was fantastic help as was the staff at Brookside.

Sean O.I was having an issue with my account that I had no control over. When I trying to troubleshoot the issue one of the employee's refused to continue helping me after only a few attempts at trouble shooting starting that he had "other things to do instead of worrying about a trailer." The second employee (who may have been the owner) yelled at my dad who was also trying to solve the issue. While the team at Brookside was not responsible for the administrative error with my account. They made the situation much more stressful and were incredibly rude the entire time. I would not recommend renting from this location.
