I ordered 36 blankets and there was only 12 and they were in the wrong truck. The one I rented had zero. A complete failure. The App procedures were a complete failure and your folks at the call center couldn't resolve problems timely. It took over an hour for us to get the keys for the truck.

Dropped off after hours. No one answered call when I was instructed to call for after hours drop off.

LARRY CI returned the trailer on the day appointed but no one was there. I called the location to inform them that I had returned the trailer but I was sent to voicemail and the mailbox was full. I never received a call back.
