The app did not work well at this location in regards to obtaining the code for the lock at the back of the truck. The lock was very difficult to open and the items that were requested such as an appliance dolly and moving blankets were not provided as they were part of the reservation. In returning the vehicle, the mobile app once again did not work properly so I could not check the vehicle in.
