Not enough staff on hand at N.College facility.!!! The employee Harlin had to juggle numerous customers working solo. but still delivered exceptional customer service.
Kelly BI didn't catch his name, but the guy that checked my truck in today deserves a raise. He hustled beyond belief, and was able to juggle multiple needy people at the same time while remaining friendly and professional.

JARED SMade an online mobile-pickup reservation, was told this location “doesn’t do that”. Had to set up a whole new one and was told I wouldn’t be double charged - I was. We called 13 times before someone picked up, and was told they couldn’t help over the phone. Worst ubaul location, but the truck was clean and didn’t smell like smoke so that’s a plus. One star for employees, 4 stars for the actual truck.
